Participated in discussions about campus internationalization, organized diversity initiatives, conducted a gap analysis, sent out a qualitative survey on DEI work in the curriculum, and helped plan events around a guest speaker on the topic of supporting different gender identities

Participated in the development of a restructured Chief Diversity Office, anti-racist curriculum, community standards, funding, campus events, and continued Intercultural Communications curriculum

Co-created a presentation and resource bank in preparation to sit on a panel of Asian American Educators in the International Education Field
